The fastest way to get our cosmetics is from our website. The other way is to contact our sales team at our LINE account: mobcosmetic.

Soon enough, we'll make our cosmetics available at major retail stores and other e-commerce websites. We are working on it.

To get updates on this, please follow our Instagram, like our Facebook page, and sign up for our newsletter. By doing any of these, you will be the first to know about our updates and promotions as well. 

 

If you buy from our website, you simply fill your shopping bag with the products that you want. Just follow our steps and you will be directed to our checkout pages. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation to your email. 

Should you place an order using LINE, you will also receive a confirmation email.

If you shop from our website, you can pay using bank transfer, credit card, tcash by Telkomsel, XL tunai by XL, Dompetku by Indosat, and paypal.

If you shop from our LINE, you can only pay using bank transfer.

The detail of our bank transfer will be provided to you and our account is only BCA account under the name of PT Mob Anggun Kosmetika. Please do not transfer to any other bank account other than this name. We suggest you to always be careful and thorough before doing any transfer. 

Either you shop from our website or our LINE, there are 2 ways:

a. Using a third party shipping agency (choices will be seen on your checkout pages)

b. Pick up at our office with arrangement from your side

Please be noted that the prices shown in our website exclude the shipping fee, unless we have an on-going promotion on free shipping fee.

Simply click on the "Confirm Payment" button. You can find this button at the bottom of our website. 

Fill in the columns accordingly and click on "Submit". We will be notified by our system.

Confirming your payment is only needed when you pay using bank transfer. Confirming your payment is necessary to make your order received faster by us.

You will receive your orders according to the shipping method that you chose. If you chose to use the service of our third party shipping agency, you can always track your package.

We will ship your orders within the same day before our end of business hours, that is Mon- Fri at 17.00 WIB. Any order after that time, your orders will be shipped the next working days.
